The Pop Art Printing Process

The Canvas Funk journey - how your canvas is printed and put together

Canvas is measured and cut

Cut

We then cut your canvas and measure it ready for stretching.

Print - HP printer with UV inks - we use HP Technology

Print

Printed using HP UV inks and on Artist's grade 400 gsm canvas paper. The UV inks will prevent fading so your canvas will last years.

Stretched canvas - canvas stapled onto pine frame

Canvas stretched - Back

We staple the canvas onto the pine frame and neatly fold over the edges.

Stretching a pop art canvas - using a stapler and canvas pliers

Stretch

We handstretch your canvas over a Redwood Pine frame. This is a high quality frame without any knots, we also include wedges where you can manually tighten your canvas.

Pop art canvas on the wall. Ready to hang with 1-2 nails in the wall

Ready to hang

After stretching, your canvas is ready to hang. No need for fiddly fittings, your canvas will easily rest on 1-3 nails in the wall and it will hang flush against the wall.
