How do I know what i'm getting when I order a canvas?
From the moment you send your photo to us and ask for a specific style we can advise you what will work and what won't work. Our friendly team will discuss with you what can be achieved with the given photo. This involves composition, colour, detail and size. We ask that you pay £10 for a proof, this will act as a deposit so when you decide to go ahead we will deduct it off the final amount. If you decide that you don't want to go ahead with it we will not offer you a refund as it takes time to produce each proof.

What quality of photo do you want me to send?
Size is important. We advise you send hi resolution photos to get the best out of your portrait. You can send your original photo in to us and we can scan it in-house. Otherwise please upload or send us an e-mail of your digital photo. We advise not to send in anything below 400k and photos from camera phones are usually too low in resolution to work with. With the Illustration Style it is advisable to send in a high resolution photo (over 1 Mb) so we can work in finer detail. If in doubt, contact us and send us your photos and we can let you know what can be achieved.

How much will it cost?
Our price guide will show you a brief outline of the costs of each portrait. For a full quote you need to fill out the no obligation quote form - it's only a quickie! We need you to fill this is because we need to know your exact requirements - this includes the amount of people in a portrait, the style and gives us your details in a nicely organsied form, this save our time so we can get on with more important things like designing fantastic portraits!

How long will it take to finish my portrait?
From the moment you agree on a specific portrait the process will take up to 2 weeks. If you are in a rush and you want your portrait sooner, just ask and we'll see what we can do. We are able to do rush orders within 3 working days.

Can you make me look more beautiful?
We'll we can certainly leave out details like unsightly blemishes and yellow teeth! It's usually unlikely that we would add these in anyway, but give us a shout if you want a minor makeover.

Other companies offer 'Gallery Wrap' do you offer this service?
Gallery wrap is when the image overlaps over the edges of the canvas. Generally we don't use 'gallery wrap' because we think that the portrait looks nicer without it! If this is something you would really like then contact us and we will include it with the quote.

What are the quality of the canvases like?
The canvases are printed on high grade 415 gsm matt canvas and stretched across 4cm redwood frames. They are printed with UV inks so are resistent against fading.

How are the pictures packaged and delivered?
The canvases are treated with special canvas funk TLC. We package them with bubble wrap, layered over strong cardboard so your funky portrait gets delivered to you safely.

How long will it take for my item to be delivered?
We will send your canvas by parcelforce which should take 48 hours.
