How do I know what i'm getting when I order a canvas?
When you send us your photo we will give you some options of what your photo will look like before it gets printed onto canvas.

What quality of photo do you want me to send?
Size is important. We advise you send hi resolution photos to get the best out of your portrait. You can send your original photo in to us and we can scan it in-house. Otherwise please upload or send us an e-mail of your digital photo. We advise not to send in anything below 1MB and photos from camera phones are usually too low in resolution to work with.

How long will it take to finish my photo to canvas?
Our photos to canvas generally take up to 7 days. In a rush? We can create your canvas within 3 working days.

Other companies offer 'Gallery Wrap' do you offer this service?
Gallery wrap is when the image overlaps over the edges of the canvas. Generally we don't use 'gallery wrap' because we think that the portrait looks nicer without it! If this is something you would really like then contact us and we will include it with the quote.

What are the quality of the canvases like?
The canvases are printed on 415 gsm artists grade canvas and stretched across 4cm deep redwood frames. They are printed with UV so will stand the test of time.

How are the pictures packaged and delivered?
The canvases are treated with special canvas funk TLC. We package them with bubble wrap, and they are encased in strong cardboard.

How long will it take for my item to be delivered?
We will send your canvas by parcelforce which should take 48 hours but if you are in a rush we ask that you pay extra for postage so we can put it on 24 hour delivery.
